Click your option to get the basic info you need to know about your version’s updates. You’ll find useful links and great information, short and precise right on your screen. It is as simple as that!

Right upon selecting your preferred option (your OS version or all products), you’ll get the best info about your updates. These include:

- what to do when encountering problems,
- how to go back to a previous version,

I can’t find what I need. What now?
Below each content you’ll find two blue buttons that allow you to give feedback about the material you just consulted. If your program hasn’t been solved, you’re welcome to send them a message – most likely one of the Windows Update FAQ representative will get back to you. Note you can give your feedback about the site too, with the blue banner at the right of your screen.
